Typically speaking, charges are based on a per cubic foot measurement. We also apply a 45lb rule for cargo densities the are above 45lbs per cubic foot. Commodities such as concrete, granite, lead, and marble could exceed those densities. In which case, every 45lbs would be considered one cubic foot.

Contact us immediately. Claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documents such as the bill of lading, photos, and invoices. Our team will guide you through the process. We take steps along the supply chain to pinpoint possible damage or loss.
Which is better: air or ocean freight to Hawaiʻi?
